ACADEMIC DIRECTOR

Job Locations:

Shanghai, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, and India

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design the academic programs
• Conduct marketing and publicity materials for the programs
• Assist in students' creativity and problem solving skills through study, research and practical projects
• Ensure staff and students discipline
• Monitor operations and enrolment
• Assist with department/school activities

Requirements:

• Master Degree and above in any Design major
• At least 4 years of teaching experience and preferably 2 – 3 years as Dean/ Academic Director/Program Director in multi-cultural setup
• Good understanding of design and its related subjects
• Can adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle staff and students
• Must be willing to relocate to our Asia campuses
