It's very important that we take our health into our own hands and take care of our bodies before we get seriously sick. It's important that we take the time to find a good fitness and nutrition program to follow everyday, not just to lose weight, but to stay fit, healthy and energetic everyday.

The programs I prefer using are those offered by BeachBody.com. These are created by professional trainers who have taken the time to lay out the exercise plan to follow, as well as a good nutrition plan. I have followed these programs for over two years now; the one I am currently doing is one called ChaLEAN Extreme. I will add also everyday doing things that will improve health is important.
Just few things like this.

Drink lot of water...8 to 10 glass everyday... this works as wonders.
Do some kind of excercise or activity everyday
Eat colorful food - try to include food of all colors
Eat one fruit and one vegetable everyday
Eat some raw food everyday
Avoid Soda as much as you can
Eat non processed and organic food.

Everybody can list more things to do...
Do them everyday and you will see the results....
